Can you show us a screen capture of your "Users & Groups" System Preferences?

For text edit found:

A brief aside is necessary here. Go to the General system preference and note the option to “Ask to keep changes when closing documents.” I keep this option enabled. This forces a prompt to manually save changes when closing.

Seems to solve the problem

Thanks for your help

Ask to keep changes when closing documents.
That's usually the way I have things set up, also. It's simply a reminder to save your work. But I don't understand what that has to do with

save a text whith text edit ...not possible you don't have authorization
, which is a permissions or incorrect System file problem. :dntknw:

Question 1: Did you follow any of the instructions in the previous replies?

Question 2: Are you now able to Save a Text Edit (and every other app that creates a document) now?

I'm also confused as to what you are doing here:
Quote
Go to the app and unlock whith password
I assume you are talking about the apps "Get Info" window? Not sure about El Capitan, but Get Info windows should always show the "Locked" icon being in the locked condition. Even if you UN-lock it, make some change and close the window, the next time you open that same window, it should again show as locked. Can you please show us a screen shot of the Text Edit "Get Info" window? (I think shift + command + 4 will display a small crosshair icon that you can drag diagonally across any window to capture an image of it)

Question 3: What, if anything, did you change when you had the Text Edit window unlocked?

Thanks.

If it works now, fine.

Sorry, you'll have to either explain what "red point" means or just attach a screen capture of where ever that "red point" is.

Still sounds like you are logged in as a 'guest' or as a limited use User. Therefore, you don't have "owner" permissions. A screen/window capture would make things much easier to trouble-shoot. What happens if you press these three keys down at the same time: shift, command, 4 ? That should change your cursor to a small gray circle with a vertical and horizontal line crossing the center of the circle. Position that cursor near, but outside one corner of a Get Info window. Click and drag to just outside the diagonally opposite corner. See image below.

;) I think you must have figured that out!

Now I'll work on translating that window text to English...

Meanwhile, examine System Prefs. There are details in there that can make using your Mac easier and more efficient. Not sure about El Capitan, but the current "Keyboard" Prefs has a whole section dedicated to Screenshots.

OK, all that looks to be the same even in Mojave macOS 10.14. However, your problems was with a document that you created and wanted to Save. The Get Info window for a Text Edit Document is what I'd like to see now, specifically the areas outlined in red in the image below.
