I spent last night worrying about how I was going to manage to feed everyone their breakfast in their new field.  Turned out, everything worked out just fine.

All the Icelandic horses and Shetland ponies were weighed today. Most have lost weight which is what I wanted to achieve for the fatties.

To town to see the optician.  Now referred to hospital for emergency appointment.  A bit of a shitty day then.

I need a seeing-eye pony, I think?

Current upgrade is 15.4. Upgraded this afternoon and Seamonkey is up and running again. In fact, this reply on TS is loaded right now on Seamonkey! Videos from ESPN still take forever to load in Safari, but since Firefox loads their videos with no problem, it's just a small irritant.

For some reason, maybe just because I'm used to it, I like the Mozilla mail interface on Seamonkey better than any other email program I've used except for maybe Thunderbird (Also Mozilla). NIce to have it back with all my addresses intact. Now I'll also export the address book out of Seamonkey and import it into Apple Mail just to be safe.

Thanks for your help and input Jim!

Playing flute duets on a Saturday afternoon, while watching for my wee dug not running away.  Trust.  That's it. Trust.

According to this Bugzilla forum post, Apple has fixed the problem in macOS 15.2:

Just tried SM 2.53.19 on OSX 15.2 (24C101) with Darwin 24.2 and can confirm that this issue is no longer present.

Have you updated Sequoia to 15.2?

An aside: I don't think you need to type the "% " (the percent sign and a space) for that command. In my Terminal screen, those automatically appear as the prompt from zsh awaiting my input.
Another aside (the other side? :p): not sure you actually switched to zsh. You report seeing "-bash" in your output. Did "bash" also appear in the window title bar?
When you open a Terminal window, it should include the name of the shell you are using (bash, zsh, csh, tsch, etc.). Apple's Terminal will also show your Admin name and the boot drive name in the windows title bar. That bar will also show the size of the window, assuming you have that selected in its Settings.
My prompt line shows:"xairbusdriver@New-iMac ~ % []". Note the space on either side of the "~" and the "%". The "[]" is my attempt to show the blinking red block cursor where my typing will appear. That cursor is controlled by what display choice is selected in the left-hand column of the Settings->Profiles->Text tab>"Cursor" (Block, Underline or Vertical Bar, a "Blink" checkbox and a color selector).
