A White Christmas
« on: December 25, 2020, 06:36:55 AM »
Well, in a few bits of the UK, but the weather people have declared officially that the UK is having a White Christmas - https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-55445380

No show in our neck of the woods, but we had frost on the roof tiles. Don't think that counts, though.

Hope everyone is happy and safe with their weather, even if it's not white  :D

Around 5-6" of the fluffy stuff here in NE Ohio.

I just hope I can make it over to my daughter's house for Christmas dinner.

It is eerily quiet here.
Nothing stirring.
No snowblowers.
No shovelling.
No traffic
No newspaper.
Weird!

Merry Christmas everybody!
Good to be Here.

Here in New York State, we started with a white Christmas but had several inches of rain with temperatures near 60 (Fahrenheit) so much of the snow has disappeared. Temps will be going below freezing tonight so winter is still here.

It's cold enough, started the day at 29°F, down to 24 now. But we had the front move through Wed and brought nice dry air with it. Certainly quiet also, even the wind knows better than to go outside right now! Hope the human ones stay safe for the next few seasons!

Merry Christmas to all! Even those using Windows! :p
THERE ARE TWO TYPES OF COUNTRIES
Those that use metric = #1 Measurement system
And the United States = The Banana system
CAUTION! Childhood vaccinations cause adults!

Central Indiana. No measurable snow, just enough to make the ground white. I guess that counts. Merry Christmas everyone!
I'm not a complete idiot -- a few parts are missing!

It was brief. It was Christmas Eve. And then it went. So no, No white christmas for us. Better put Bing back in his box.
