I have terrible bilateral Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
I have tried all of these typing assistants.
By far the best is the recently updated  TypeitForMe 3.0.1

RUAUR = Recent Upgraded/Updated App Used Regularly. I thought EVERYONE knew that! Do you live too near the northwest coast? I understand news takes a while to get out that way!

It's the fog and salt air, ABD. It clogs our lobes and eventually they develop coastal rust and become flaky and dry and soon we lose all ability to assimilate ... to assimulate ... to assumilate ....................
