nono.gif  It looks like there might have been too much celebrating after the OSU win yesterday.  Several people started a lot of fires around the Columbus area....

Uh, Counselor, I think your case is going to run for several months.    Look.gif   Not time to rest on your laurels, er case, quite yet.  No pleading out, this case will go to the jury.  whistling.gif

Thank you, Your Honor, for pointing that out. I do wish to notify the Court that we will be calling approximately 105,000 expert and character witnesses to its proceedings on November 18th, 2006, who will be prepared fully to testify regarding my clients' skills, fitness, and character.   Devilish2.gif

Just read your reply after arriving at my Mother's home in PA.  My 50th High School Reunion is on Saturday, and this, believe it or not, is my first opporunity to attend.

Well, Counselor, I believe that your "expert and character" witnesses may serve to extenuate, mitigate and all that, but direct testimony of the eight remaining eye-witnesses may carry more weight.   Devilish2.gif

Yep, I know that Ohio State has a powerhouse this year and should prevail, but, on the other hand, "the bigger they are, the harder they fall".   whistling.gif   I guess that is the best hope for us Penn State and Michigan fans.    dntknw.gif

Sorry, I can't help pulling the WordMeister's verbal tail.   toothgrin.gif

Lest it gets lost in the banter, I am a big Big Ten rooter.  Seeing a Big Ten team ranked number #1 makes me swell with pride.  Ohio State followers are entitled to crow a bit after their great team handled Texas with a talented ease.   cheer.gif  clap.gif

As far as my slight teasing of the Buckeye's #1 fan, I do it to add a little balance to the thread and because I so enjoy RHP's witty replies.  Get into a fun debate with Dick?  Not on your life, his vocabulary gives him too much ammo.  Yet it is fun to get a rise out of him.   harhar.gif

Dick, I wish Ohio State the very best this week but not next week.   nono.gif

Hey. Dave.

The last thing you or anyone else needs to do is apologize to me for being a Big 10 Fan, writ large, as they say! toothgrin.gif

How I liked that phrase . . . talented ease. Bravo!

My only regret(s) are for our other TeeEss pals who've yet to enjoy (let's call that s-a-v-o-r) an October afternoon at a Big 20 contest in the Midwest . . . simply something else!   cheer.gif   cheer.gif   cheer.gif

Ancillary factoid: Has anyone noticed that Gregg always posts about the same time every morning?  It's probably just after he arrives at work (oh, 8-8:15 or so in Milwaukee!), gets his coffee, proceeds to satisfy his need to set the tone for the day ahead at TeeEss  coolio.gif  . . . so to assure himself that we TeeEssers are treading the straight and narrow . .. as usual!  toothgrin.gif    toothgrin.gif

That would be 7:15 or 7:30... my goal is to start work by 7:45. You'll also notice mid-day posts (like this one) at 12:15 or so Central Time.

It's nice to be busy at work again. You haven't seen posts at other times for quite awhile. When it's slow, it's agonizing to be at work. I am changing jobs - it's a little complicated. I'm working AT my new employer's office FOR my current employer. Once this project is complete, I'm staying on, rather than going back to my OLD office.
