With that moniker, I thought it was going to have something to do with a certain topic that was discussed in another thread here recently....
I know that would keep me awake!

I don't need something to keep my Mac awake...
I need something to keep ME awake...

I don't get it. Wouldn't using the "Never" settings in the Energy Saver PP keep a Mac from sleeping?

I wondered the same thing.

Actually I could have used this last night. My drive is set to never sleep because that is one of the problems encountered with waking in X on the old world Macs. But my screen will sleep after 15 minutes and I was running TechToolPro on my 9600 last night and it took a couple hours. I had to keep moving the mouse to keep it awake so I could see how far it had gone. Yes, I could have changed the Energy settings but I most likely would have forgotten to go back and redo them...

...maybe to remember how to put all those blank lines in your post?
When I've tried that, it hasn't cooperated. Let's see...
Well, whadya know! Maybe it was the old software that didn't allow that, and I just haven't tried it recently. Can't remember!???

I don't think she even heard the wind as your remarks went over her head! Women are so serious! Perhaps you should have called your vaporware "Memory Jiggler"?

Actually both of you MEN missed the point of my response.
My "For What?" was used to indicate facetiously that I had already forgotten what Gregg was talking about.
Oh, that I had to explain it...
Look..
empty spaces...
and they aren't...
in my brain.
