Post by: sandbox on December 19, 2006, 04:57:57 AM
A whole new meaning to Clock Tower.

QUOTE
A distinctive time line runs down the building that meets 12 o'clock markings on the ground and the podium, allowing observers to use the building as a fully functioning time piece

I've seen a few buildings with a floor (story) that rotates - we have one here at the Hyatt, a restaurant - but the whole tower! That's impressive!

I just skimmed the article. I wonder if they will capture any energy to run the air conditioning system???

True, true, but the US built Nuke plants back when we ran on 80% domestic oil as well. Other nations are following suit.  coolio.gif
