OK, so I used the Google to search for a lost sock and typed in;

"lost sock" = about 1,560,000 English pages

"lost sock + laundry room" =about 845,000

"lost sock + laundry room -rest of  house" = about 599,000 English pages

"lost sock +laundry room - rest of house - dryer " =about 118,000 English pages

"lost sock +laundry room - rest of house - dryer -basket" =about 63,600 English pages

A few more tries and I'll find that bugger!

Hi Kim.

Mark! Where have you been?! We've been looking for a replacement for a couple of our members and I think you'd fit the bill perfectly! I can't tell you their names, but you might recognize them by their use of a total of five g's in their two short screen names! eek2.gif A volunteer board like TS never has enough resources and wasting that many g's on only two people is ridiculous! rant.gif I also like you because you have the same name as my brother. Are we, perhaps related? dntknw.gif I must, however, note that you seem to use certain letters a little excessively. Making do with only one of each could make your selection as a replacement a shoe in!

WOW.gif

Dad?  sweatingbullets.gif  Is that you?? mmmmm ... Don't know what to say now ... oh wait yes I do... can I have a new car?  Please ! I understand if you want to go slow with this and will accept a Eizo CG221 ... and if you send me a ticket I'll come home for dinner. yum.gif

An update on the sock search:

last search was;

 "lost sock +laundry room - rest of house - dryer -basket -shelf - floor -behind -door -wall -closet -pantry -hamper -box -bag -shoe -sack +pocket"

and yeilds but 3 pages, so I'm almost there ... next will be Google maps.

Hi, Mark! I know I owe you an email. I'm bad.

Careful, XABD, if you're Mark's dad, then you might wind up paying his trash collection bill.  harhar.gif

Hope you find that sock, Mark. If not, maybe Mary will knit you a replacement. Heh!

Depends on how many socks are missing?

I'm not your father, MarkM! Although I have two; one won't call/email/write ( too busy with school! rolleyes.gif ), the other wants to take my Grand Daughters even farther away from me! sad.gif With that much abuse, I don't need another Son! tongue.gif
