I posted in the Macintosh Forum that I was able to get other .jpg's to load using the attachment feature... perhaps there is a size limit to the # of characters in the file prefix? Here, I'll upload a different one with a shorter name:

The only potential problem with attaching them is the possibility that some time in the future they may get deleted if space gets tight. Also they are reduced in size so if you want us to get the full effect of a large closeup, you may want to link to another site.

I have ajuga in my garden also - one small plant that is growing. The pic is from a wilderness preserve down the road - everything there is wild, but those of us with gardens buy it at the nursery and plant it.

Cookies were dumped as soon as I read your post in the Mac Forum... still no joy. I've e-mailed one of the offending .jpg's to you... see if you can post it.

Figured it out Chris!! The file itself was a tiff, and that isn't allowed. Even though it was labled a jpg, it wasn't.

Now the mystery is, why is it labeled on my 'puter like that, and I've never seen a tiff with that small a file size!
And, if you could, please delete that attachment on your post when you get a chance. I'm not one to post that kind of stuff, it was simply an experiment that seemingly would not work with the new forum. I am proud of what I do and what I've done, I just picked that one at random... well, maybe not... but in any case,
It's a little embarrassing on this forum... thank you for figuring it out, and I'd like that .jpg deleted if possible. And then send it back to me!!! Maybe I can actually use it in .jpg form!Thanks Empress, and Krissel too, you two are doing unbelievable work here... and I'm sure that there is an Admin or two behind the scenes who's working overtime as well...

OMG, I have the whole side yard to the West of my house completely covered in ajuga. It is in full bloom right now and was quite pretty until I cut the lawn today.

Yeah, I was having a great time... I've always wanted to play with a band with a horn section and a Hammond B3... who wouldn've thunk that would be BB King's orchestra! And I took some monster solos in keys I usually eschew...
That pic may eventually go to my website, but I'm just not sure I have permission to use that photo, the guy that took it is a very famous photographer...
