Apple has released iTunes 7.3

You can get iTunes 7.3 via Software Update or download it here.

"What’s New in this Version
—Activate your iPhone service
—Sync iPhone with your music, movies, TV shows, and more
—Wirelessly share digital photos from any computer in your home with Apple TV"

My DL and install of the stand-alone version was routine. Repairing Permissions after the install noted several fixes. TinkerTool System identified 43MB of non-English localizations that could be deleted.

As yet, I have not noticed any improvements in iTunes. On the other hand, I have not noted any problems.

Now, If Apple would just send an iPhone. No hurry. Next week is fine.

My 15" PB would not start up after I updated iTunes and repaired permissions. It got past the gray screen then stopped at the blue screen with a spinning wheel.

I forced a shut down and then it restarted successfully, although somewhat slower than usual.
