In this country a promotion like that would  be a lawyer's dream.

I can see the litigants lining up now to sue... dry.gif

I wonder if the OS might freeze?! eek2.gif ;P Or the tunes might play back sloppily? Certainly a way to promote some tasteless 'music', IMHO! Groaner.gif "iPod takes a lickin' and keeps on "kickin'"!"

QUOTE
Kibon designed propsicles with the cooperation of Apple, ensuring that the enclosed iPods wouldn't be destroyed by the kinds of humidity that comes with shoving an MP3 player inside a block of ice cream. After careful scrutinization, Apple gave the Brazilian company the thumbs up for the promotion, which begins December 18.

Yep..."ooh, I broke my tooth - I want $2M for pain and suffering..." or "I choked on the Shuffle and almost died"...Heck, I'd be willing to bet that there would be idiots in the US who would TRY to swallow the darn thing in hopes of scoring big!!!

I guess a specially marked wrapper or popsicle stick just wasn't good enough? tongue.gif
