Installed the update on both our computers... my wife's macbook w/10.3.9... and on my G5 w/10.4.11.

Have run both all day, doing who knows what, and have NOT experienced any problems........................  So far!!! whistling.gif

Also DLd and installed the Java update on the iMac.

Repaired permissions and did a 'safe' boot on both following the installs...

No problems with either my PPC/10.4.11 or my iMac/10.5.1.

OTOH, I notice no benefits either. rolleyes.gif

Since I still have a pretty plain System, I would hope to see no problems. Those that have been reported usually never give enough details of the users System to get any insight into what may have actually caused a problem. I just wish there were some sites that indicated successes instead of mainly problems! laugh.gif

Works fine here.

The release notes for QuickTime do not specifically say this, but the new version of QuickTime is a security update that fixes a security problem which can let hackers crash your computer just by tricking you into visiting a malicious Web site. I highly, highly recommend installing the QuickTime update.
