I can't quite see where "Techsurvivors.net" is carved upsidedown and backwards on the face of the mountain....

It's a "NET" in the water.... no reflection.. (on you or the mountain)... biggrin.gif

Kind of reminds me of the old Hamm's Beer commercials about the "Land of Sky Blue Waters!"  This is a good banner!

It's not.  

It's under the water, right off the shore... no, wait....it's being suspended by a pair of big cargo choppers, which are not visible b/c they're way high up above and they've been cropped out of the pic...  whistling.gif

Sorry to say I don't know where this is.  I have a folder of 'interesting images' I've snagged off the web as I surf and the basis for this banner was a pic in that folder. I did manipulate it somewhat in PS but the basics are still the natural look you see here.

I, too, would like to visit such a place.  yes.gif

There is a small shallow lake in Franconia, near my husband's sister's house that looks sort of like this.  I have several pictures of it but they are mostly fall foliage ones, but the pines look the same, like a May or early June picture.
I wonder if its a lake in NH somewhere?
