Title: Recovered files in trash

I've had this weirdo for some time now.

Whenever I send out an Email message. Everything appears normal.
And, as is my custom, I Shutdown the computer when I'm through using it.

But then when I reboot, invariably I have trash items.
"Recovered files" folder in the trash. :

The above was a follow-up to an Email message I sent to James Cribbet.  :STRANGE:

Why?

Currently can't search the Apple forums for any more illumination - the search function is down while they're doing maintenance.
