As a woman who can't stand nail polish (ick - feels like my nails can't breathe!) and keeps her nails short, I have little sympathy for the fashion victims of the world. Those who complain about their feet but wear high heels get about as much sympathy. tongue.gif

The secretary at our school had such long nails that they started to curl but she was able to type faster than most of us. Somehow she managed to adapt. dntknw.gif

Bit of irony:  My job entailed putting my hands in lots of messy stuff, ripping open boxes, etc. so I never had any nails to speak of during the school year. Over the summer I was so proud of being able to grow them a bit and have a more "feminine" hand. Of course two weeks after school started in the fall the nails were gone.

After retiring I was thrilled to be able to grow my nails again...until I spent so much time at the keyboard. Now I have to keep them clipped anyway.

If you can glue sandpaper to the keys, you won't need clippers! pc.gif
