Assuming he's talking about development, a counter-argument could be that Apple had got the software right first time and didn't need to improve on it

On that note, I'll leave the discussion to those who have far more idea what they're talking about.....

As a sidenote this was one of the cheapest properties I could find in Marlow. That's equivalent to $420,000 US for a one-bed flat!
