That's not chump change. I don't imagine that Apple's cost is very high to keep the AppStore open. I wonder why they didn't call it the iStore? Perhaps the name was already taken, and Jobs didn't have the appetite for another legal tussle. ?

In other forums the "engineer" is called a 'hacker.' He denies the label but doesn't explain why he was searching around the 'innards' of the system. He claims he is "extremely scared" of what Apple might do with this capability. I suspect that Apple had no choice in the matter since this is something many businesses would want to have if they allowed iPhone into their networks.

sending from local Apple store. Don't c by "kill" button on this thing! Apparently, no way to use tab bar. However, a list of viewed pages can be accessed. Gotta go.
