Gee, at least Apple lets you have 7.5.5 free and that was released in September of 1996. Although I wonder why 7.6 or even 8 isn't free by now?

Not having read the article, I wonder why anyone would want to pay for Windows 3 at this point.

...same goes for OS8

So if they can't sell it, they might as well give it away.
