Thanks for remembering, Kris. salute.gif

Rather bad quality and not exactly correct, Flag protocol, but an amusing and moving tribute.

Very touching. smile.gif

Oddly, in the credits they list Navy man, Army man and Air Force man.  But there is no Air Force man in the movie. huh.gif

I wondered about that too. Only other people I saw were the ones carrying that mattress. Maybe they were preparing for a soft landing if the Air Force guy arrived? Or maybe he just flew away? Groaner.gif

BTW, read an article in the local paper today about FedEx flying several thousand 'live' Christmas trees to Iraq in the next few weeks. Said they were also contributing 'lift' for other agencies providing support for the troops moral. Probably won't be in your paper, unless you live in one of their hubs. I'm sure UPS does similar things, also. salute.gif

We visited a few vets at a local ALF who have outlived their families and friends. wink.gif
