LG is paying $400M of that, which is the second largest fine ever imposed by the DOJ Anti-trust Division. I guess with $15.3B in revenue last year, LG can afford it though. dry.gif

yup,i caught that on NBR  http://www.pbs.org/nbr/headlines/LCD_Price_Fixing/

I wondered many times why the cost never dropped, in spite of the volume increases.

Only chance at getting back any money is through class action lawsuits and it's the lawyers that win in those cases.
