I loaded some new smilies as well as updating some of our old favorites. The only problem is that the ones that are very horizontal had the effect of shrinking the reply box too much.
So, in order to still have them and not drive you all crazy, I removed them from the box in the reply page but they are still available from the popup window you get by clicking "Show All". They can be clicked from there.
Some on that page include:

Soon, uh, let's see..
Soon is before later, but is later than now.
Ah, maybe you should ask Bill Clinton for a definition, after he has decided what

These images are actually in a specific directory on the boards server. When you click on one, the s/w just puts a few special characters in the text box that are related to that image. Then, when you send or preview the message, the s/w (on the server) replaces those special characters with a link to the actual image (again, on the server). So, you never actually have to create that link yourself, the s/w does it for you.
The point is, you need to actually send the image itself or a link to one if you want anyone to see it when not using this board. If you have space at your ISP, you can upload some images there. I think Gary S has a lot of these images (most of which he designed himself) at his site. And I think he allows people to link to them. OTOH, I may be completely crazy and have misled you in your quest for glory and enlightenment!
