Title: Hint of what CSS3 can provide
Post by: Xairbusdriver on February 07, 2009, 03:52:09 PM
An alternative for some "Flash?" clap.gif Safari on the iPhone is already capable and some of that is in the current Safari on the Mac (not sure about Windows).

Here's <a sample> for your desktop.

How about this for your iPhone/iTouch w/WiFi(?). Just type in this URL: http://webkit.org/blog-files/leaves/index.html

Very cool. But...they don't work in FF yet. Or OmniWeb. Or Opera. Guess the other guys have some work to do!

Yep, that's why I mentioned Safari and Mac. Not sure it even works in Safari for Windows but I'd suspect it does. It's actually part of WebKit, so any browser that's based on that could start doing this. I just hope it doesn't end up being used for creating new <web sites that make people cry!> Be sure to have your speakers on! yes.gif rofl.gif
