Formulate Pro helps you open and write on PDF documents. You can fill out any PDF form document, drop in graphics, scribble with the mouse or a tablet, save and print. The text/graphics you add can be in black or colors. * Requirements: Mac OS X 10.4 or higher

You can us Formulate Pro to fill in forms & add edit notations. (Formulate Pro's application icon is a typewriter. Does everyone remember what a typewriter is/was?)
