Al Franken places Net Neutrality on his top agenda, and will question judge Sotomajor on the issue.
Finally, the issue will get the attention it deserves.

I'm sure the "wise hispanic lady" will have nothing substantial to say about it! Is Al Franken on the committee?

Yup, he was the last one to question her. His snese of humor shined through.

She had mentioned that the Perry Mason show influenced her life into becoming a lawyer, so he asked her why, if that was the case, would she become a Prosecutor when Perry won all of his cases except for one, and did she remember the one the he lost. She answered that she couldn't remember the name of the episode and Franken said, "didn't the White House Brief you on that question?" Everyone here in this room that heard that just exploded into laughter, as idd she and most of the remaining folks in the room. I don't think anyone else addressed the issue of grooming her for the inquiry and he, as the last man standing couldn't help but make the point. She did and outstanding job of acting, and Steven Colbert did a great skit on being neutral on a moving train. The double standards were so evident, i don't know how these people sleep at night.
