This is hilarious...Adobe apparently (according to some posts in the Adobe forums) is responding FASTER to postings at FaceBook than they are to the poor sods who phone them.

There are TWO Adobe employees posting there, responding directly to complaints.
You do have to be a Facebook member to see it.

I'm just glad I don't have any problems with my Adobe CS4 Premier Collection (Acrobat Pro, Bridge, Device Central, Dreamweaver, Drive, Fireworks, Flash, Illustrator, InDesign, Media Player, Photoshop)!
