QUOTE
As the latest round of talks on the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement go on in secret (for unspecified national security reasons), some information on the U.S.-written draft of the Internet chapter has begun to leak out, and, as feared, the heavy hand of the entertainment industry is readily apparent and the implications for Internet service providers, consumers and innovation in general are grim.

I've read from other sources (probably from the same original one) and the question has been asked what "Anti-Countereiting Trade Agreements" have to do with ISP policies, and personal privacy and rights. Any time a non-military discussion operates in secrecy, I start smelling bad things! whew.gif eek2.gif Especially when the input of Hollywood, recording companies and internet service providers is so obvious. doh.gif

The secret is no longer a secret so possibly the media can drag the whole thing from under the rock it's been hidden under!  I've already written to the White House; no reply so far.
