All of the sudden, 13-year-old Caroline Jensen started jumping up and down.

She had an app for this.

"We can track him! We can track him by GPS!" Caroline told police.

It was Emerson's 19th arrest in the state, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. Nearly all of his previous charges were for larceny or probation violation.

Maybe this career criminal will think twice before he steals another iPhone! Although with 19 arrests at the age of 25, one has to wonder about the capacity for learning...rolleyes.gif

Not to mention (although I am) the capacity of the Judicial System to appropriately "instruct." rolleyes.gif

BTW, I did make use of that "Find My iPhone" function a few weeks ago. Even though I had a good idea where I had left it, I used the feature to be sure. Saved some unneeded driving?

On the other hand, I realized I didn't have my iPhone with me one day. I thought it might be somewhere in the building. The nice secretary offered to help by dialing my number while walked around the fairly small facility. No luck. Oh well, I think I left it at home, anyway. Thanks. And, that is where it was. clap.gif

Not the end of the story, however. Later that day, I picked up my pone and saw that I had a missed call. Checking the number, it seemed familiar so I called it. You guessed. rolleyes.gif It was from the nice secretary... Groaner.gif blush-anim-cl.gif Getting older is so much fun! Almost every day you see something new, even if you saw it just the day before! laughhard.gif
