You can download the update in 1Password under the 1Password heading in the menu->Check for Updates.

Or just open the app with its Automatic Check for Updates prefs set. These guys are usually right on top of any changes Apple makes that affect their product. Actually, they usually have the update ready before an update is made by Apple. Great group of developers, great product, no excuse for using redundant, simple, easy to guess passwords.
