Can a .rar file be open on a Mac?  My Mac B&W G3 OS9.2.2

Twilight, RAR = compressed archive (Eugene Roshall's format). I am not sure what other applications work, but Stuffit Deluxe v7.0 claims to. So yeah, a .rar file can be opened in 9.2.2.
