Title: B/W Internal Modem Help

I have a B/W G3 and after several years the internal modem is starting to give me problems (I have to shut down and unplug the modem from the MB wait a minute then plug it back in to work)! I had the adapter to run a external modem but when I upgraded to 10 only the internal modem would work, I dont remember what the adapter was called but it was the craze when the B/W came out, is there a fix or where can I buy a better modem?
