Title: Portable ink jet printers
Post by: RHPConsult on June 18, 2003, 03:04:20 AM
I'm considering purchase of a portable ink jet printer (companion to my Pismo) - - please, anyone, don't say Son of a Beach, please unsure.gif

Does anyone out there have any knowledge or experience, first-hand or vicarious, with either the Canon BJC 85 or the HP 350C?

Or any other brand that travels well and prints effectively?

Many thanks.

Hi Richard,

Just a couple of links....

Looks like the Canon printer has better rating.  And has OS X driver.

HP, I could not find driver for OS X.

Good Morning Dick
I have a client that has been using the Cannon BJ for over three years; first with a Lombard and now a TiBook and he has never had any trouble with it. Can?t comment on use under OS-X as he is a businessman and does not trust OS-X yet so he only uses OS-9.22.
