Title: Int Exp print scaling

I use both IE5 and NS4.8 when browsing, and always want the printouts to be scaled down to 65%. With NS4.8, this always happens. But with IE5 I always have to go to Page Setup at least once after booting up to restore my 65% setting (from the default 100%). How can I get IE5 to stay at the Page Setup setting of 65%, after I turn off the computer?
