Nope - no changes on the forum site. You've clicked on the "Options" button by mistake and switched it to "outline". Switch it back to "Standard" and you'll be back to your preferred (the default) view.
(Is this in all topics or just the one you referenced?)

Look at the top of this thread. On the same "line" where the topic displays, over on the right hand side you should see:
OPTIONS and an arrow. Click and hold and you should see "Display Modes". Scroll down and select STANDARD. That should fix it for you.
