Hey Gary, When do we hear the truth behind the rumors of your misspent youth? Or, Is that not even fitting for our board?
Still, many happy returns of the day.

Happy Gary, Birthday!

And many more.

Happy Birthday to you, Gary!
I celebrated my 73rd on Sunday June 22. My older brother's card said on the cover, "We may be getting older physically........"
Then inside it said, ".......but mentally we're as TARP as SHACKS!"
Isn't that a hoot? Anyway, best wishes for many more happy birthdays! (and pay no attentions to those remarks about misspent youth)

Thanks everyone. I had a very Happy Birthday yesterday.
54 years old but I feel like 50.
Paddy,
I'll start a new thread on the pics from my camera. The file sizes are kind of big.
-
Indeed. . .Happy B-Day, YOUNGSTER! By the way, after looking at your pics, I think that you should add a "Hornsby" (sp? Hornby?) to your bonsai collection. They are a very cool looking tree, and make a beautiful and impressive addition to a collection.
-
beacher,
Do you mean a hornbeam? I have one, I'll post it.
I posted the japanese hornbeam. I grew it from a baby.
I took that pic yesterday when it was sunny out.

Oh Gary, I hope that you had a beautiful birthday. I wish you everything wonderful always.

Yo Gary!! Happy Birthday (again)!
Maybe this year it'll be the Cubs-Phillies in the NL Championship Game.
(I think I have a better chance of having Steve Jobs send me a new G5, an iPod for everyone in my family, and 5 years of free downloads from the iTunes Music Store.
)

"TARP as SHACKS!" LOL Funny Mr. Boyd.
-
Umm, I'm early, so....
Happy Birthday, Gary.
Sorry....
Take care of 'dem trees.....
Chris
-
Thanks again.
Rob,
I talked to Steve, the G5 is on it's way. He wouldn't do the iPod iTunes thing though...said the G5 was enough.
You people are great!
-
Well, better late than...
So a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Gary!!
Remember, 54 is nothing in bonsai years.
-
Here's to ya!

Hi Gary,
I'm always interested in your Bonsai activities....having been
bitten by that "bug" too late in life to see any of my " wee trees"
ever mature........So it Goes.....You obviously are not in that
position.....A Cancer, eh....definately a caregiver, so your Bonsai
will always have a happy home....as you 're already well on
your way!!!Always enjoy your photos.....So tell us...........WHERE DID YOU POST the Hornbeam......???? Were you just
too busy celebrating, and forgot to give us an URL?????.....Y'know, the .first thing that goes .............
is memory...(....I think????) All the Best, M.J. or MM, or ???
