Title: IE5 Page Setup wont stay at 65%

I use both NS4.8 and IE5, and always want my printouts to be at the 65% Page Setup setting. This is OK in NS4.8, but  in IE5 I always have to go back to Page Setup to reset the setting from 100% back to 65%.

How can I get IE to stay at 65%?
