But she's only a few miles by road and a few hours by ferry!

1. Turn left at end of driveway
2. Continue on that road through Walls and Bridge of Walls
3. Going north, take the right hand split toward Hulma Water
4. Turn left at B9071
5. Turn left on A908, toward Hilside and A968
6. Take A968 to the Toft Shetland Ferry Terminal (toilet facilities available)
7. Continue on A968 crossing Yell to Gutcher Shetland Ferry Terminal

I've read a couple of books on submarines during the cold war. Don't know if there are any out there currently, no government will fess up. LOL!

But, if it is a "stealth" sub, how did anyone find out it was grounded?! I went shopping last week for some camp shirts...but I couldn’t find any...

Those subs should get SONAR installed! It's great for avoiding stuff like... land!

How ironic that the grounding occurred so near the sea and skye!!

ACK!!! What a concept: a CALENDAR!!! All this time I've been looking near the bottom of the "Choose a Forum" page to see who was celebrating on any particular day!

Hey, I bet one could use that 'calendar' thing to help remember all kinds of things! Do they make those things for every year?! How about getting them made with paper, you know, so people can write on them? I may have found something else to invest in!!! I've pretty much cornered the gas lantern market...

Strangley enough, when I grew a beard many years ago, my young son called be "Fox Face" because of the beard's color! It's color rather surprised me, also!    The "grouch" part still applies, of course.
