Title: Apple patents cutting the audio jack in two for new iPhone.

I'm not going to post a link to the picture but Apple is taking the mini stereo jack and cutting it and it's connector in two as the subject of a patent:

I wish that all solutions were this easy!  Now all they have to do is deploy the army of factory workers with little hacksaws and chisels to accomplish this for the new model iPhones!
