Still runnibg my old 6115-maxed out PM and added a circa 2005 imac bumped it up to an 80gb HD w/1GB Ram running on a max 400mhz of 10.3.9 Everything still works between the Classic (Clissilla web browser) and 10.3.9 Netscape/Firefox - thanls to file share - scanners and old files work just fine - although it has taken a lot of time because I am not in the workplace to learn from others - most intense was some serious script upgrading and hunting for what all was lacking on the original imac. Good experience overall.
I'll keep a closer watch on older OSX - Q&A's on the tech side. Don't wan't seem too far behind everyone. My son is on a new iMac with Lion but I enjoy fighting with Panther and my old C;assic 9.2

Good to hear from you again, neo
My G5 iMac has died, but the G3 DV-SE is still running, though only occasionally
Main machine now is a MBP running Snow Leopard.
You are always welcome here, however long the gap between visits, so feel free to share your problems - and your successes and achievements - with us at any time

Welcome back indeed!
I still own a beige tower but I need more space to run it!

Thank you for your handshakes. Yes indeed the Classic 9's can still run on the net pretty good with a mosilla adapted browser especially made for pre-10X boxes. Check out Classilla.org for more info and free downloads to Classilla 9.3 browsers.
Also - if anyone has need for AppleWorks 6.2.9 for OSX 10.3.9 I have one of the last sources of it on disc for $19.95 + ship it's: http://www.welovemacs.com/6913657a.html. Apple list only the bridges to AW and not the 6.0 master upgrade from AW 5.4. My initial OSX software did not include this software which - if you can find it goes for about $90 USD. Been having to work with "Text-edit" program which almost drove me crazy.
Site admin. might want to post this on the tech side of this site as well.
