Title: People can't send me mail!

Hi everyone!  for the past couple weeks I have been unable to get email from one of my friends.  I never thought anything of it and just told her "oh well, use the phone instead."  tongue.gif  However, lately I can't get email from a lot of people and it is being returned to sender.  They are getting a message saying "no such address."  It doesnt make any sense to me.  Any suggestions why this may be happening?  I use Mail in OS X

Hi Jay,

E-mail me through the private messaging feature on this board and I'll we'll start a series of tests. We might be able to figure out what's going on from headers and stuff

*edit: be sure to send me your e-mail address in the body of anything you send me..smile.gif

Jay, are you an attbi/comcast subscriber? I've had a few of those bounce with the message you've noted. Changing the email to email addy to "xyz@comcast.net" solved the problem. Even though comcast is SUPPOSED to be forwarding attbi mail for the next year or so, it obviously isn't working for everyone. Just a wild guess.

Paddy I have a .mac email addy.  I use Charter Pipeline for my internet access.

Might or might not have anything to do with your situation.
Probably not with a mac mailer but ....
