Title: Upgranding OS 9.2 to 9.2.1

Hi

On one of my partitions got a back up of my working one...

The OS is Z1-9.2

Tryed to upgrade this back up to 9.2.2 to see if everything's working ok (re installing everything would be too hard...)

Before upgrading to 9.2 .2 was told to upgrade to 9.2.1...

Tryed 9.2.1 upgrades french and english and get:

What would be the good one?

Thanks Krissel,

But could'nt find the good one (not so clear which one to have...) in my back ups ...always the same alert window when installing ... and a lot of apple links are now not avalaible...

Any other link..?

Best I could find is a netboot copy of OS9 which has the French version of 9.2.2. It's a dmg (over 500 MB) which needs OSX to open.

Found a site for all the pre X updates but they are English versions:

This page has the 9.2.2 updates listed but there are no active links.

I'll try to test all the avalaible versions.

Still do not untderstand which version should i look for and should work ? as i tryed french and english updates and get the same alert window

Which version do you have installed now? If it's French, then presumably you need the French update. However, I cannot explain why it's complaining and refusing to install. I'm afraid I haven't used OS 9 in almost 9 years now (and even then, only at a newspaper where I worked part-time - at home I've been running OS X since 2001), so it's all becoming a very distant memory.

I think I still have System OS 9 on my G3 down stairs, that I never use anymore.

It feels like I've been running OS X.something for ages. And that's along time!

I really like Mavericks 10.9.3. I think it's Apple's best OS ever.
