Title: recommended manual for Photoshop CC and Lightroom CC
Post by: jchuzi on December 03, 2016, 07:57:43 PM
I held my nose and downloaded Adobe Lightroom CC and Photoshop CC. I would not have done this except that my existing PS CS5 is wonky with Sierra (unexpected crashes when trying to print, although it eventually stabilizes, and the fact that selections cannot be saved). I would like to buy a manual for both CC apps.

Does anyone have a recommendation?

The best aspect of the CC approach is that new features are rolled out with some frequency. That means that any printed manual becomes obsolete very quickly.

Instead, watch the videos by Julianne Host from Adobe:

That's the link for the Photoshop CC tutorials, but there's a link at the top of the page for Lightroom videos.

She knows everything & presents it clearly in her videos.

Thanks, Thomas. I will definitely look into those videos.
