I am creating Xmas cards with a photo of one of our cats and a caption. Which is correct: Season's Greetings (with apostrophe) or Seasons Greetings (without apostrophe)? Inquiring minds want to know.

FWIW, I'd use the apostrophe.
What you're saying is "Greetings of the season," and season is singular. The apostrophe makes it a singular possessive.
That said, I can respect other points of view.

I got this link from another forum: Word Choice – Season’s Greetings or Seasons Greetings? I don't want to run afoul of the apostrophe police.

I just say "Merry Christmas!" Even to my Jewish friends! I also keep Thanksgiving and New Years (no apostrophe, of course) separate "seasons"!
I think no matter how you spelit, hit's the thought that countz!! So, with that thought slipping quickly from my memory bank...
Hope your Thanksgiving (even in on that side of The Pond) was enjoyable and filled with good food and cheer!
Have a wonderful and merry Christmas by giving friendship to all!
Please don't drink and drive during any New Years celebrations (Chinese, Lunar, Gregorian or any other)!

With apostrophe or Greetings of the Season.

oooh, agreed.
I love grammar.
Personally, I prefer Merry Christmas. I do not believe in Santa Claus by Father Christmas!
Such a minefield.

Here's a true story and a howler:
When I was teaching, I had a class that was comprised of, shall we say, students who were not the brightest lights in the universe. Two girls got into a discussion of religion and one mentioned the Virgin Mary. The second asked who that was and the first replied, "How can you not know? That's Mary Christmas."
You can't make this stuff up.
