I think this should be in the "Humor" section... The only thing more low tech than a toilet is an out house! Adding Alexa doesn't help nor count as high tech. :nono:

Despite the many features, this toilet borders on blasphemous. The article says, "It has convenient features like smart lighting that makes it easy to see your way around the bathroom even in the dead of night." As we all know, God gave us toes so that we can find furniture in the dark.

AT LAST!!! Some real wisdom from Jon! Thank you SOooo much!!  :laughhard:

We have two grade schools, called magnet schools that were new in the 1990's. They had an emergency alarm system that featured strobe lights along with the alarm sounds. When they went off, which was often, the automatically flushing toilets and sinks would also activate in time with the strobe. It was funny but chaos for a number of months until they turned off the sensitivity of the devices!
I have an LED bathroom nightlight that cycles through the rainbow of colors when the main light is turned off and it's dark in there. I rather like not stubbing my toes and not having the main lights making my dark adapted eyes hurt!

Ohhh, where did you buy this?

Kimmer - If memory serves I bought this nightlight (in the shape of a transparent butterfly) in a True Value hardware store in my home town some years ago. It takes advantage of multicolor LED's that had just come out back then!

Thanks, gunug. I'll poke around and see what I find. I have a son that would find this a grand little gadget. HAHAHA
And now, Siri will help control this fancy $8000 toilet:

I think the term for these kinds of lights is "RGB" lights. They come in all kinds of shapes, sizes and surely costs!

Oh, the Star Wars night light looks perfect for two of my sons. Bwahaha!
