Latest TidBITS alerted me to a carry on that "magically" follows one around, presumedly, at the airport. Only question that came to my mind is why anyone would NOT want to have physical, constant contact with ones suitcase?! Carry-ons already have to go through scanners. I can't wait to hear the howls of the crowd behind someone who sends this thing through and stops the line for however long it takes to convince the TSA agents that all that stuff inside is harmless and "must-have" technology. That is assuming that, as Adam points out, how long will it take for the always increasing number of security officers at airports to confiscate a device not seeming to belong to anyone?! It's bad enough to discover a lonely bag forgotten by a rushed traveller, what will be the reaction to a "lost" bag that is actually moving in the direction of the aircraft?! :coolio: :doh: :eek: :nono: :scram:

SWMBO still travels a bunch says it is missing one very key component. It must have a feature that puts it into the overhead bin, then she would be very interested. :yahoo: :no2: :thumbup:

Agreed!!! I think it should also levitate about a quarter of an inch thus making it seem much lighter!!
