Title: Now I have AOL email problems

One thing after another. I have two email accounts, one from the cable company and one AOL.  Never had a problem.  Now I am trying to send an email to a friend who has an AOL email account and I can't send her an email from either account.  The message I get when the email bounces says
xxxxxxx@aol.com (reading confirmation): 554 5.7.9 Message not accepted for policy reasons.  See https://help.yahoo.com/kb/postmaster/SLN7253.html

A shot in the dark here. Not using a VPN by any chance are you?
