I read somewhere that stretching is good exercise. At age 90, I totally agree. Here's the drill:
1. Stretch out flat on your back in your La-Z-Boy.
2. Stretch a blanket over your body.
3. Stretch your eyelids down over your eyeballs.
4. Hold this position at least 20 minutes at a stretch.
5. Repeat once or twice daily.

What's even worse is that people who DO exercise still die! :doh: Just be careful with all that stretching JW! You don't want to ruin any of the muscles you still have! :WOW: :no2: :coolio:
