Somehow, I have no sympathy for Facebook and its ilk. App Tracking Transparency has hit social media for $10 billion in lost revenue so far (https://appleinsider.com/articles/21/10/31/social-media-firms-see-10b-cut-in-ad-revenue-due-to-app-tracking-transparency)

So bad, not sad.

I'll watch an "ad" when it becomes informative. So far, I can remember seeing/hearing one like that, but I'm only 78. :toothgrin: I just hope I don't fall over if I see/hear something worth my time. :whistling:

As for "social media", TS and TidBITS is about it. I've watched a lot of YouTube in the last year, I'm pretty fast with the mute and "skip ad" buttons. :thumbup: TidBITS is sponsored but their 'ads' are mostly "word-of-mouth" from product users.
