Title: DuckDuckGo browser
Post by: jchuzi on December 22, 2021, 07:12:53 AM
Quite awhile ago, I switched from Google to DuckDuckGo when I need a search engine. Now, it appears that DDG may be taking privacy to a higher level. I use the Opera browser a lot and often with DuckDuckGo.  I find the search results to be a little on the light side; there are search engines that are better at searching but of course they are "very" nosy!  I might try the DuckDuckGo browser and see how I like it; but if the searches are light on the search I'm probably not going to like it much!

I made the move to using DDG exclusively for a search engine across all devices a couple of years ago. I'd be willing to try a browser from them.

I use both Safari and Firefox browsers. Safari is set up to use Google by default and Firefox uses DuckDuckGo.

I like using DDG but Google seems indispensable for some searches.
