Title: Safari cannot access this site
Post by: jchuzi on July 09, 2023, 06:27:53 AM
Safari 16.5.1 cannot access http://anatomy.com/ All I get is a blank window, even though the right side of the address bar shows the circular arrow. Firefox has no issues. Is anyone else seeing this? Any explanations?

Using Safari 16.5.1 and have no problem getting to the site though it says in the title space that it is "Not secure".

I just tried that site in Safari after disabling extensions and it loaded. I did see "not secure" in the address bar.

Works here, also. Safari 16.5.1, OS 11.7.8 (Big Sur). Only two extensions: 1Password and URLM Pro (Add Bookmark).

The "Not Secure" goes away if you click in the location field. It shows (for one reason) when the site has not updated to httpS. [Pictures at Ten!] You can copy the text in the location field and paste it into most any window that will accept a text paste and see that the site is still using "http". Other browsers use different alerts/warnings.

Do you have "Adult Only" enabled?! 😱🤭
