Title: Setting Startup/Shutdown Times After Ventura

Many may never want/need to change these times. Apple made it easy in all the OS' before Ventura. Then someone decided we should use a third-party app or Terminal to do that.

Third-party app (there may be others): Onyx (https://www.titanium-software.fr/en/onyx.html)

Terminal commands (Most mention Ventura but the instructions still apply to Sonoma and Sequoia):

I have read that TinkerTool System (https://www.bresink.com/osx/TinkerToolSys7.html) will do this as well.

LOL...I'm a bit late to this party - just posted the Onyx option in the other thread where you mentioned this. ;)
